There are 2 key stages in a person’s life.
in the first stage “what does the world want of me - wht is expected of me?”, and we live to answer that question. We get partners, an education. We start businesses, we make money. We do what we think the world expects and wants from us.
Yet as we get older though, this isn’t enough. A restlessness sits in. What once satisfied now no longer does. The things we do no longer work like they did.
This is because we have moved into the second stage of life, and this stage poses a different question. It wants to know “What does my soul ask of me?”

3.5 days of practical magic to connect with your soul, your life, and with other brilliant women.
3 nights lush accommodation at a gorgeous organic farm in the Byron Bay hinterland
A choice of rooms: you can have your own with ensuite, or you can share a cabin or a room with your best friend or another great woman

$2,600 per person:
Twin-share accommodation bedrooms with air-conditioning and ceiling fans. Multiple shared modern farmhouse bathrooms.
Frangipani Rooms
$4,000 per person:
Single room surrounded by lush gardens, each with own entrance, double bed, ensuite, air conditioning and ceiling fan. Plus a deck to enjoy the sunshine and fresh air.
Gumnut Cabins
$3,800 per person:
Large 2 bedroom cabin with living room, kitchen, shared bathroom, dining table and deck to enjoy the country views.
Hibiscus Rooms
$4,500 per person:
Large room with a king bedsand ensuite

You may already know me, but here's a recap...
I’ve grown and led an organisation that has changed the lives of millions of people – mainly women and their families across Africa and South Asia.
I lead and live with Soul.
know what it’s like to be unsure and uncertain in myself – yet have the ambition and heart to do what’s right, what’s big, and what’s freeing.
I do the Soul work.
I’ve been meditating for 35 years and I’m committed to my own growth and evolution.
I lead - and I help others lead - from a place of courage, heart, vision and impact.
And I’m passionate about women – it’s our time to rise!
I put this retreat together for a few reasons:
1. Previous retreats have transformative and divine. How could we not do it again!
2. We don’t often prioritise coming together in person, where everything is taken care of - so this is that space. Be taken care of while you listen to the calling of your soul. There will be guided sessions as well as time for you to integrate, reflect and rest.
3. Leadership done differently is more critical than ever, and I’m excited to delve into how this looks for each of us. We have one life - what is calling to you?

FAQ's
What’s included?
Everything from the moment you arrive, including 3 nights accommodation, leadership sessions, all food and drink. The only thing not included is your travel and transfer to the venue.
Where will the retreat be held?
A private farm in the Byron Bay hinterland. Gold Coast Airport is a 35 min drive away and Ballina Airport is 40 mins. There are a number of transfer companies for both airports that can be found online. Other options include hiring a car, taxi service or Uber.
Will there be reception and internet?
Mobile reception can be limited, however free wifi is provided and accessible from most buildings.
What about the food?
The food will be prepared with love by our own private chef, with as many ingredients as possible sourced from the local area. Dietary requirements will be catered for.
Check-in and out times?
Check in is at 3pm on Thursday 19th June, and we leave the retreat at 10am on Sunday 22th June– after breakfast, and our last gathering together.
Payment plan possible?
Definitely. $1,000 non refundable down payment, then we can work to installments as to what suits you. Payment to be completed by 15th May 2025
What’s the cancellation policy?
Due to the nature of this retreat, your payment is non-refundable.
That said, if you’re unable to come you can find someone to take your place. We will also try to find another woman to take your place.
